By registering for a stay at Anant Dham Ashram, you agree to: ASHRAM GUIDELINES: 1. Follow all ashram schedules, routines, and instructions from ashram coordinators 2. Observe silence and meditation hours as designated throughout the premises 3. Participate sincerely in community activities and seva (selfless service) 4. Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanctity of all ashram spaces 5. No smoking, alcohol, intoxicants, or non-vegetarian food on the premises STAY TERMS: 6. All stays are subject to approval and availability; the ashram reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration at its sole discretion 7. The ashram reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their conduct violates these guidelines or is disruptive to the community 8. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated upon approval LIABILITY WAIVER & DISCLAIMERS: 9. Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for the safety and security of your personal belongings. The ashram shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property under any circumstances. 10. Health, Well-being & Sadhana: You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health to participate. You acknowledge that spiritual practices (sadhana), meditation, and related activities may bring about varied physical, emotional, and psychological experiences. You accept full responsibility for your own well-being throughout your stay. The ashram, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological experience, discomfort, injury, or illness that may arise during or as a result of your stay. In case of any medical or health-related need, the ashram will make reasonable efforts to assist, but all medical decisions and expenses remain your sole responsibility. 11. Force Majeure: The ashram shall not be liable for cancellations, disruptions, or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or security concerns. 12. Photo & Media Consent: By registering, you consent to being photographed and recorded during ashram activities. Such media may be used for the ashram's communications, social media, and promotional purposes. 13. Waiver of Legal Action: By registering, you irrevocably agree that you shall not pursue any civil, criminal, legal, or defamatory action against Anant Dham, Anant Baba, the trust, its trustees, office bearers, organizers, volunteers, or any affiliated individuals or entities, for any matter arising from or related to your stay at the ashram or anything covered under these terms and disclaimers. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: 14. By proceeding with this registration, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all guidelines, terms, conditions, and disclaimers stated herein.
